Digital Products
Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final.
Once a digital file has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except where required by law.
If you experience any issues with your download, corrupted files, or missing files, please contact us and we will gladly assist in resolving the problem.
Physical Products (Dropshipping Items)
For physical products, customers may request a return or replacement under the following circumstances:
• Item arrives damaged
• Item arrives defective
• Wrong item received
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Refunds are not available for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect ordering by customer
• Minor color variations due to screen settings
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
